These Terms of Service govern your use of Oghere, a self-reflection app operated by Oghere LLC. By creating an account or using Oghere, you agree to these terms.

The service

Oghere is a private space for nightly reflection. Basic features, including reflection and voice transcription, are free to use. Premium features, including weekly insights, the full Identity Map, permanent storage, saved memories, letters to your future self, and custom rituals, require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and billing

Oghere Premium costs $11.99 per month or $79.99 per year. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings. Premium features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your content

Your reflections belong to you. You grant Oghere only the limited permission needed to store and process your content so that we can provide the app to you. You are responsible for the content you create.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Oghere lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the service or other users.

Not professional advice

Oghere supports personal reflection. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Oghere is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oghere LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. When we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update the date above. We may suspend or end access to the service where necessary, and you may stop using Oghere and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
